I am CURRENTLY licensed with a NJ broker as a Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson.

  • Membership fee : $125/1 year; $198/2 years

  • $25 State License Transfer Fee

  • $50 State Change of License Fee

  • Total due : $200/1 year, $273/2 years

  • Credit card/ACH authorization form

I have a CURRENT NJ Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson license, but it is currently INACTIVE and is held by the state.

  • Membership fee : $125/1 year; $198/2 years

  • $25 State License Transfer Fee

  • $50 State Change of License Fee

  • Total due : $200/1 year, $273/2 years
